Shaya's claim to fame, a CD entitled "Kinship",
is a favorite of executive producer, Salenta Baisden. When Shaya began compiling the tracks for her new CD, her fans were all
waiting for the next best thing from the soulful, urban alternative
artist. "My Eyes They Rain for Your" was written by Shaya and produced
and arranged by Max DiCarlo, who has also produced Shakira. When Salenta
brought the tune to producer/director, Terry Wilkerson, at Hollywood Kid
Productions, his vision was to create something different, a video that
was more cinematic, yet all about Shaya.
